My Adventures

Day trip to Mount Rainier- November

Before feet and feet of snow settled in we decided to GET OUT OF THE HOUSE and get a closer look at Mount Rainier. We usually go to Crystal mountain and ride the gondola up to the restaurant but this time we stayed on the main road to rainier and did a little hiking.

Texas Pumpkin Patching

We live far away from any of Hayden’s cousins so we like to sneak in when we can for some good cousin time. A fall visit was in order so we jam packed our couple of days with as much pumpkin patching and carving as we could. Also gravy.

I always drag my camera along to document these kiddos together and get a few extra browny points with the grands and great grands ;)

If you haven't been to the Dallas Arboretum to see the pumpkin patch, you should!

Deer Park Rd Hike

I've been through Port Angeles quite a bit over the past two years and always wondered about Deer Park Rd. Olympic National Park is massive and we've been looking for others ways to access the park other than Hurricane Ridge.  There was a big group of us and our goal was to sort of stroll along the ridge and have a good steady gain and loss throughout the hike. The end of Deer Park Rd to Maiden peak was just at 10 miles round trip and was completely amazing. It was a great way to give our Aunt Mary an awesome experience back in her home state.

Point no Point - Hayden's Summer Photos

It was time for Haydens summer photos. I take 10000000 photos of him every season but he's changed so much this summer I wanted to get out a do a real shoot with him. I chose point no point because thats the location of the mini session event I'm having. Enjoy!

Details on the summer mini session event on my instagram featured stories.
