Miyoshi Family Spring Mini Session

The Miyoshi family is just as sweet and warm as they look in these photos. They were easy going and genuine which made it a real pleasure doing this session with them. Joshua and I talked soccer and bubbles... Andrew and I didn't do much talking at all... at FIRST!  He wanted to know why I was following his family round with a camera (ha!). He eventually accepted me and lit up for the camera. I have to admit my favorite shots from this shoot were those of Andrew's mistrusting little face. Here are a few of the highlights...

Schwartz Family Shoot

This is my kind of shoot! I was so excited to work with Jessi and her family because she said they wanted to get out onto some trails to get images of her family doing what they love best, being outside! We walked up a logging road in the Port Gamble trails and just let the adventure unfold. We all got muddy but that just added to the fun. I hike the Port Gamble trails about 3 times a week with my son so naturally I greeted them with mud boots and a camera. It had been raining quite a bit that week and more rain was in the forecast but somehow we got our shoot in on an extremely gorgeous evening. This was a great family full of energy and laughter. I just couldn't get enough. These are some of my very favorite images from the Swartz Family Shoot.
